If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@seasonsdwellingdecor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Need to change something? Email hello@seasonsdwellingdecor.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update or cancel your order before it’s prepared.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
